And I am a seasoned enterprise application integration expert with over a decade of experience in the field. Born in the United Kingdom and now living in Norway, I work as the CTO of Avella AS, an integration company based in Scandinavia. You may of met me online as Nasroht in various games. Or heard me speak in public events about the topic of enterprise application integration.

As CTO in Avella AS I have created our internal Avella Academy program. This program shortens the time it takes to get started with application integration and automation as a profession. Integration and automation as a profession is something I care deeply about and so does our company.
As an extension of the Avella Academy I have also setup out internal continuous improvement program. These are run as meetups and workshops for all employees. They are structured around the services Avella provides and currently consists of 8 groups and 8 team leads that now reports to the program manager that again reports to myself. This has continuous to be a success since it’s incubation in 2017.
I enjoy public speaking and have done so on the following topics: IoT, API economy, enterprise application integration and business process automation.
